Huge rooms. Great facilities.

Clean, spacious rooms, but the pleasant, helpful staff really made the experience of staying here the best. Food was great. Definitely one of the best places we stayed during our trip from Delhi to ,Dharmashala.

Useless property staffs are ill literate ***nerless, dont know how they are running this hotel this hotel is on lease iidl has taken on lease from government. That's why they are not running this hotel properly. No Hospitality at all. Just avoid this hotel

I was on Business trip 13 days’ long , comfortable stay at spacious 1bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette and washing machine , at very well connected location resulting in value for money. Front office has scope of improvements which could increase professionalism and be instrumental in harnessing the real potential of this property

My Flight was Cancelled by the Airlines to Philippines, so ended up cutting my trip short & flying back to USA, went to the hotel & told them the problem a week before check in to the hotel to cancel the booking, was also advised to let ******* know about the problem & cancel the booking for a full refund, ******* also did a very poor job in trying to reach the hotel to cancel the booking as they were not able to reach iiDL , when I called the Sales ***ager Mr. Rawat he refused to cancel the booking & did not want to refund the 3 nights that I was unable to unvail. Do not trust the Indian counterparts once they get your money if you will ever get a refund. I or my friends would never recommend this hotel again. Stay away.

Outdated hotel, charges as they like. Per day prices quoted offline is completely off, they don’t take the online payments through bank transfer. The ***agement shift has really impacted the hotel functioning, nothing has kept, you’ll see the hotel mostly empty
